After figuring out its evil intentions to release a virus to the public, Violetta tries to escape R.E.O.P (Russian Epidemic Outbreak Prevention Corporation) and goes into hiding. Her main priority is to keep her daughter safe. After they pack their car with the essentials, avoid using the main roads so as not to be spotted. The trip is going well until Violetta notices two vehicles in her rear-view mirror. They found them. Suddenly, a blockage on the road causes Violeta to swerve violently, losing control over her car. They crash into a ditch, luckily surviving with only a few wounds. They smash her window with their fists and drag her six-year-old daughter out of the car, pointing a gun to her head and looking at Violetta.

“You know what to do, to get her back.” 

To ensure her daughter’s safety, Violeta must follow Vladimir’s orders and release the airborne virus U.D.-20 into the atmosphere.  Violeta was forced to go back into the laboratory and launch the virus. Seconds after launching the virus everything got out of control as people started dying when come to contact with the virus and coming back to life as mindless monsters with only one intention, kill everything on their way.  Not long after, the mutants broke into the laboratory and started killing everyone. 

Violeta knew she had to act fast, on the way out of the launch room she found a security guard “Dimitri” shooting at the mutants. With no hesitation he handed her a gun and told her to shoot . Using each other help the two must find a way out of the building. Solving puzzles along the way and killing mutants.
